Why was the lower flashing not put OVER the 'house wrap'? I'm no expert in glazing, hence searching for guidance videos, but as a competent DIY'er who lives in the UK (RAIN!!), this method looks dubious.
I might be wrong here, but I like to think that I am pretty good at dealing with water coursing. I would have stuck the house wrap to the lower edge of the window, then applied the flashing tape over it so any water runs over the wrap, not INTO it.
So if any water gets to the rubber flashing, it will migrate under the house wrap and then to the exterior sheeting. Is it just me, or do these guys need to get their hands slapped and their hammers taken away.
This didn't help me with my computer at all.

This video is not proper.
1. The bottom sill wrap should be on top of the house wrap, water runs down.
2. Never tape the bottom of the window, water will be trapped in sill and run back into house.
