She used cold press extra virgin olive oil you can get this at Ralphs or whole foods or and big supper markets in the cooking ale next to where corn oil and all baking need section.
With extra virgin olive oil you can use it on your face whole body, salads , baking ect.

There are no African markets around my area that I'm aware of, so getting my hands on pure shea butter is a little difficult lol. My shea butter actualy arrived in the mail today. Hey Tonya. I've been doing this for about three months and I'm seeing results! :) I went to Phoenix and it was so hot on the way there that when my Shea/olive oil cooled down the texture totally changed! It was gritty even after letting it melt in the shower. I wonder how it happened in the cellular level. It's exfoliating now and still melts into my skin. I just wonder how to make it get like this again next time without 100+ degree weather!
@girls6not6grey You actually LIKE that gritty feel? I hate it, so I go through extra measures to make sure I cool the product at just the right speed so that it comes out creamy & smooth. Yeah, heating it past melting, and cooling at room temp are the only ways I know of to get it gritty.

@rosia00 Yes, first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil is needed. This is important because it has all the essential fatty acids that heal and repair the skin ^__^ And they have it everywhere. Wal-mart, Whole Foods, etc...

I no longer use olive oil as it didnt absorb quickly and had a weird smell which gets into your clothes... I've switched to oils closer to the top of the list in skin healing & dont use olive oil anymore.

I am a huge fan of 100% African Shea Butter! I use that mixture to grease my scalp as well. Also for those who dont find the loofah exfoliating enough....purchase a Tampico skin brush and brush your skin while it's dry before taking a shower/bath. It's a great way to remove dead skin and prepares it for cleaning and moisturizing

Well for me, the loofah that I had didn't really provide the exfoliation I needed. I had far better results doing the dry skin brushing first. @rosia00 Yes, first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil is needed. This is important because it has all the essential fatty acids that heal and repair the skin ^__^ And they have it everywhere. Wal-mart, Whole Foods, etc...

I no longer use olive oil as it didnt absorb quickly and had a weird smell which gets into your clothes... I've switched to oils closer to the top of the list in skin healing & dont use olive oil anymore.
I've listed the oils on my site, under the oils now used in the "Body Butter Beautiful"

I am a huge fan of 100% African Shea Butter! I use that mixture to grease my scalp as well. It keeps my hair hydrated and because of the extra virgin olive oil you dnt need a lot because its a oil and it last so much longer than regular grease. It also helped my hair grow faster and healthier. Thanx

Hey Tonya! I have just discovered your remedies and ordered them as quickly as I could. Also, I bought a derma roller. I have horrible stretch marks everywhere and I was wondering how you would go about in using the derma roller and your BBB? Do I use the derma roller, take a shower and loofah myself then apply the lotion? or..? Please help! Also for those who dont find the loofah exfoliating enough....purchase a Tampico skin brush and brush your skin while it's dry before taking a shower/bath. It's a great way to remove dead skin and prepares it for cleaning and moisturizing

Well for me, the loofah that I had didn't really provide the exfoliation I needed. I had far better results doing the dry skin brushing first. Not trying to dispute the usefulness of a loofah sponge, but I wanted to throw that out there for those who may want another exfoliation option before using your shea butter mixture. Ciao

Hey tonya just had a quick question im a 21 year old male and when i was about 17 i started working out alot and doing alot of lifting as i started packing on muscle i noticed stretch marks but i didnt stop becuase i didnt think that guys could get them and had no education in that area. Ive been using cocoa butter and the derma roller to do what i can to get rid of them but my question is, is this stuff legit i mean will it get rid of them completly or if not what percentage in your opinion. @frodobaggypants Cocoa butter DIDNT work on my stretch marks... nor many of the other people who have told me they tried using cocoa butter... but if it works for you I would love for you to report back.
If not, you can always use my Body Butter Beautiful to get rid of stretch marks, THAT I KNOW Works... the derma roller & CB I cant vouch for.

I chose the strongest and best oils which work in combination with each other to give you the best & fastest healing results which work well together, dries fast & smells great. Choose any (or all) of the oils from that list & go for it! :)

i hope this works on white stretch marks because i only just noticed a few weeks ago i had white stretch marks on my arms, loads of little ones. but they didnt even go red 1st, just one day they were there and they were all white. i have olive skin so i dont no if they were light brown at 1st and i just didnt notice them. but im going to try this asap x

Please help me, I have stretch marks from puberty. I'm a thirteen year old boy. I have had my grow spirt faster then most kids, and my voice is very deep for my age. I have stretch marks on the inside of my arms, and some on my stomach. I know they can't be from being overweight as I only weigh 105 lbs. I am embarrased by them and have been asked about them quite a bit. I haven't tried any butters or creams. But if I ask my parents they will just say no. Is theyre any other way to get rid of em?

i have researched and grapeseed oil mix with olive oil ...is an excellent treatment for stretch and in can say it has work for me..tremendously have i have been using the mixture for 5 and a half month twice a day everyday and their practically gne ...(grape seed oil has collegen and is higher in antioxidents than olive oil on it own. hope this answered the question.
