Try singing in another key or other more sing-able songs, Florence's voice is very particular and unique, no one will ever sound like her, but that's not to say you should be discouraged from your dreams!

no actually the Machine is the last name of one of her band players, keybordist i think. The two of them used to perform together and they were thinking of thenameing their duo Florence Welch and Susan Machine but thoght that it was too clunky so it was shortened to Florence and the Machine.
