I tried this with a coke cup, made a small hole close to the bottom added water while holding the opening then placed it on my nose while tilting my head. It took a couple of tries to balance salt and water ratio (~5 g of salt for every 500 ml of water) and being comfortable with it but it worked on me and helped with my hay fever.

I've used it twice, using a full pot through each nostril each time. The first time I got a headache, the 2nd time worked okay. I don't notice a significant change in my allergies. I'll try to use it more frequently & see what happens.

MAYBE!!! It depends on the REASON your sinus is blocked. You should try it, and if it does NOT clear, then visit an Ear-Nose and Throat doctor to make sure you don't have some sort of growth in your sinus. It could be something simple and benign, or not. Only the doc can find out for sure.
