me and my friends were playing with a snake we found at a grassy area with bushes and al of a sudden a raccoon comes out of a bush and runs away raccoons are the last thing that you would stumble into in my neighborhood
hahaha it totally reminds me of what the Europeans did to the slaves hes like "lets check if hes good *lick* hmm perhaps i should try one more time just for re-assurance"
u must read this. once u have started there is no turning back. a little 10 year old girl was raped and murderded in 1945. her body was not found until 1947. then a boy last week read this and did not copy and paste this message. the dead girl appeared in his room haunting him and killed him. if you do not copy and paste this onto 10 vidoes in 30 minutes the dead girl will apear in your room .tonight and haunt you and kill you. well you better start to copy and paste to be saved
Cute video. Thank you. But please not all raccoons can be docile as this one. Speaking from experience that I have them nightly in my yard. Sometimes when I tap the windows they give me a star down to see if I am brave enough to come out. They mulitply like crazy my neighbor feeds them. Err. Try having up to 6 racoons in your yard at night and you might just think differently. But more adorable is the dog. Truley that is man's best friend.
I love raccoons! They are the neatest little creatures . . . Don't think I would have taken a chance on letting my puppy see if it wanted to be friends though! Luckily for that dog's owners, that was a nice raccoon.
@minammam they seem to love dogs? They can kill dogs, literally. Fortunately this one has been domesticated with a dog, but the wild ones, yeah'll they'll snarl and attack dogs, humans, anyone that comes near their tree. We had one do that..one just walked away when I looked at it thank god but they just freak me out...I can see how kind this one is, but I still don't trust them..
You see that animals can be loving and caring even if they are different species and then a human comes along thinks he owns the planet wanting to kill everything upon it until he finds himself lost contact to nature, go kill yourself and leave these terrific and lovely creatures alone.
Hmm my account is suspended because of extremist comments. This is another account of mine. I have been fighting animalabuse for a couple of years on You tube and saw a lot of careless posters of some truly evil content. I think we need to stop ointruding into wild habitats and need to stop seeing animals as vermin while Humankind is the real vermin. We destroy wild habitats and chase wildlife from their grounds. We need to stop in our tracks and consider our role in nature.
Jeeze people, you all know what this video was going to be about by the title, so If you do not like it, do not watch it. I am pretty sure Duzke is tired of all your rude comments about "it could have rabies" and "thats animal abuse". Just so you all know, Rabies is a DISEASE, not all raccoons have it, and it IS NOT animal abuse. Did you see any animals getting hurt?
Actually certain species thrive because of humans. Apparently crows don't live more then 5 kilometers away from humans anywhere. Seagulls and pigeons also do quite well because of humans. Racoons im sure are the same way. Its the big animals that cause problems, mainly because they are an actual danger to us.
Bad idea to feed raccoons and other wildlife they tend to think everyone should feed them then.. Our interaction with these animals could end in their extinction even if we have good intentions. Austrialia is now finding what its costs for their good intentions in removing the feral cats to protect their birds.Maybe we will learn one day that nature tends to take care of itself if we let it be nature and not our pets...
You're right, the raccoon could have ripped the dog's face off but I disagree that they're unpredictable. Like most animals with a relatively simple prefrontal cortex they are pretty bad at hiding their intentions by faking body language. They are like people who carry their emotions on their sleeve.
That raccoon was saying "Hey, are you a good kid? Watch your step. Show no aggression and I won't have to hold you down and kill you." He was totally distracted by something...
animals are smarter than u, if an animal is not in danger and the animal recognize it then why would he get scared but if an animal is in danger then he most likely will feel that he is in danger and protect himself
cretures of earth or God is not as dumb as u think, animals get extinct becuse they eather have no purpouse on this planet becuse they are to old or to violent to live around humans, I dont think it would be nice if Dinosourse are still around
what about being hunted to death. the ivory woodpecker didnt go extinct because it had no purpose, other woodpeckers dont have more purpose, it wasnt old or violent. the dodo doesnt have less of a purpose than puffins, they were just not afraid of people so they were easily killed. and you would be taken more seriously if you could spell dinosaurs. animals are apparently smarter than you as well.
He was checking him for ticks.

You really shouldn't let the raccoon do that, it could have rabies. Rabies is a very common disease and can attack people too!
