I don't understand why the bystanders in these situations always feel the need to get involved. I work in loss prevention and I know for a fact they are not supposed to be doing that. Once they got the guy in position to cuff him, you are suppose to take him to the office. These pussies are waiting for the cops to show up, which is like I said a pussy move.....
