I've never entered a chat as a guest because I registered the very first time I heard that some YouTubers were going to be on it.

Having an account doesn't guarantee that you'll be in the main room. I've been in the waiting room many times. I think they only let a certain number of people in the main room at a time. Does it help if you are in the person's friends list?

Thanks! One feature all of us would liek to see is the ability to click on a user in our friends' list and pull them into the main room. Sometimes our friends wait for hours to be in the main, and then blogTV hiccups and they get sent to the waiting room. =( If it were a feature like "grant operator status" but said "place in mainroom" that would rock!

If they didn't have the waiting rooms, no one would be able to chat, there would be so much text and spam in the single chat room that it would just be a blur. This system seems to work pretty well, if you get there early.

And i've never hosted a room on blogtv but something i've not understood is why can't the host just open up a new window where they're logged out (maybe in a different browser to make it work) and then they'll be in the waiting room and can see all those people. Just an idea. :-)
