The shoulders should be replaced with Alabaster Plate Pauldrons. Those most closely resemble Sephiroth's shoulderpads.

HAH that works and it's so true! I had created a male Blood Elf and when I saw that hairstyle I was like "ZOMG that looks like Sephy!" So I kept the hair style and named my character "Sephiron" for giggles. :P I really do wonder if Blizzard did that on purpose...?

That's one of the typical hairstyles in WoW when you're making a Blood Elf. I see it sometimes, but it isn't very popular.

If you play Final Fantasy 11 (Online) A LOT of people adore him. I've seen Sephiroth, Sepheroth, Sipheroth, Seproth, you get the idea.
