how do you start the chain quest for defensive stance?

@megajohncena619Backu Talk you trainer at lvl 10 and he/she will give you the quest. There might be another quest you get before that at lvl 10, don't remember for sure, but you will get the defensive stance quest from your trainer at lvl 10
