Magnificent song. They're so good in this acoustic form. It's a shame Tim never gelled with them live. I always wonder what Together Alone would have been like if he was still in the band.

@kirktonstreet It was always a bit of a marriage of convenience. Crowded House were suffering from the fallout of Difficult Second Album Syndrome, as was Tim, so they clubbed the best bits that they had together and made "Woodface". Tim's a very strong personality and I don't think he was happy with the idea of being a sideman in his kid brother's band, so these days they do stuff as Finn Brothers every once in a while...
