    And how can you say that the trapz will help push the bar down? Trapezius is a muscle that pulls the shoulders up, nothing else! :D

    Correct way is going all the way up from the shoulders down to lockout, that is full range of motion, this L / 90 degrees stuff is partial reps. But partial reps should be used for variation, not as the base of your workout routine. Muscles need to be used in its full range of motion, so 1:06 should be your starting position
