  • You exaggerated on the size of the stardestroyer at the end...

  • This is great! Love how Picards taking shots during the battle..

  • The enterprise will never fit in there...

  • ahaahahahahahaaha lol

  • woo! awesome, loved the end too!

  • Data, I love you! and "how interesting." ^_^ at the end *Data is no life form!* lol you made my day :D

  • lol perfect!

  • heh, nerd fight!

  • 4:36. Smuggest look ever.

  • Data would not have been effected and would have moved the ship out of range of Darth Vader's hold over them.

  • @dastaylor Data can still be affected by the Force, and Force choke can be used to crush his neck and/or Vader could fry his circuits or reprogram him using the force, he's done so before against droids with much more advanced cpus.

  • @Perion ah yes, the beloved novels who have done nothing but inflate the capabilities of the Force beyond what the movies have ever implied. BS

  • @silaku

Er, the novels are NOT canon, Lucas said so himself-- read canonwars(dot)com for a the FULL analysis and proof.

The novels are written by a bunch of Grade-Z hacks and douchebags who just shit all over consistency and fart plot-holes out of their ASS-holes.

  • @Perion

Yeah just like the pilots in the X-wing fighters who attacked the Death Star-- duh-EEEEEE!!!!

    SHIELDS, HEL-LOOOOOOO!!!!

  • Enter Indiana Jones, same people that did Star Wars, and same studio that did Star Trek. Indiana Jones also helps the Enterprise deal with the ancient civilization, than fails.

  • That Death Star is a spy!

  • This is ingenious

  • That's the best one of these I've seen yet.

  • star trek wins because of Q, the whale probe in star trek IV and V'Ger in Star Trek: The Motion Picture

The whale probe would be able to absorb all the power and energy away from the death star and the empire ships

The imperial fleet wouldn't stand a chance against the sheer firepower of V'Ger's plasma energy torpedoes

Darth Vader and emperor can force choke and fire lightning but Q can make darth vader and the emperor vanish into thin air in a split second with the snap of a finger

  • several problems with that line of reasoning, 1. Q wouldn't care, he didn't interfere with the dominion war, nor with any of the borg invasions, or with 8472.

    2. V'Ger doesn't exist anymore, it went to another dimension

    3. Too little is known about the Whale probe to know if it's energy drain ability would work on Imperial ships, and once again It never was a factor during the Dominion war etc.

  • Lol it was good.. but the shield capacity of Star Trek I'm assumign would be a lot stronger, but with the Death Star no star trek ship could withstand the might. Also, on land Star Trek would be equally fucked in ANY situation:P

  • The weapons, even on rather small Imperial vessels, have an obscene level of firepower by federation standards (thousands of times that of photon torpedoes and can fire allot faster in wider arcs) Their shields are designed to take a great many hits (generally around half an hour's worth from a ship of the same class as themselves), their Hulls are several meters thick (rather than a dozen or so CM) made out of Neutronium, a material that is impervious to phasers and quantum torpedoes.

  • @Perion

LOL no. You're talking about ships that take damage from fighters. Star Trek has no fighters, because the technology is obsolete.

  • @strikerk I suggest you watch DS9 where fighters ARE used to destroy cardassian capital ships in the domonion war, see "Sacrifice of Angels" for a good example.

  • @Perion

    DS9 is fail though.

  • any nudity in the transmission? =)

  • Pretty funny, but the ending was crap. The enterprise crew is large enough for a few people to take over and blow away that ship, more than enough of them to step in for the people who are incapacitated...

but it makes me think, darth vader of borg would be the most kickass villain ever.or maybe the empire versus the borg collective...

  • You guys are dorks, it's just a movie. Besides, the ORIGINAL Star Trek with Shatner and Nimoy is better than this all inclusive feel good crew of Next Gen.

Love the line "is there any nudity?"

  • Both TOS and TNG are great shows and they're just as much as being star trek to me as they're both about the same thing the exploration of the human condition.

  • i like starwars better because its more original beacuse they started that jedi and the force stuff. and in star treck always see them get lost in space all the time there is a whole series about an enterprise getting lost in spaco no one in starwars go lost in space not even vader when his ship was out of control when the death star blew up the people on star treck do not know how to fly a ship

  • not only would data have done that, but even vader isn't strong enough with the force to choke the entire crew at once.

  • lol force beats trekkies

  • The LASERS part REQUIRES a Shoop da Whoop parodization!

  • Lasssers.

  • does anyone know which episode of TNG that was from

  • @Kingrex16

it was from many episodes, obviously. FFS!

  • There were several TNG episodes that all this was pulled from. Example, when Picard was drinking, that scene was from Relics.

  • "lasers??!!"

    LOL

  • I don't see why Data couldn't have just taken the conn and shoot the shit out of the ISD. Androids don't breathe, ergo Force Choke = fail.

  • @MilesOCP002 another situation where MR Data could've saved the enterprise crew

  • Haha! I was NOT expecting the ending!

  • LAZERS?! LOL

  • Entertaining vid, but the ridiculous part is that the photon torpedoes in Star Trek are not that much different from the lasers in Star Wars - both are made of concentrated light energy. So, if photon torpedoes can harm Star Trek vessels, lasers can as well, shields or not.

  • No, photon torpedoes use an anti-matter warhead, not actual photons.

  • @ninjagold correct!!!

  • Actually, photon torpedoes involve a matter-anti-matter reaction.

  • These guys are right its Matter/antimatter projectiles vs lazers

  • @Remorselesslymine ... Um, no they're not. They're matter/anti-matter warheads. Also, laser's aren't 'concentrated' light; they're simply an amplification of a certain spectrum, and are no where near as powerful as phasers for the amount of energy inputted, by more than 10^5 times.

  • KaiserJames you need to do some research on the Empire. The Empire at It's hight had over 6 million ships in its fleet.

  • @USPowerArmor Where's that stated in the film? No where, it's just fan-wank.

  • Technology wise, the Empire is superior. Even if the Empire's weapons were weaker, they can travel greater distances than ships in the Federation. Rather than having ship vs ship combat, just blow up every single planet that's part of the Federation. But, I still prefer Star Trek over Star Wars.

  • the end FTW

  • Great job, It was worth the viewing. Makes a great thought of a movie crossover combination. I like both.

  • "They're no match for the enterprise" "I find your lack of faith disturbing" 5/5

  • I guess it just isn't possible to combine these two franchise in a way, that doesn't bring out this tired lol disucussion about which fantasy universe with their scifi magic would win in a fight.

I'll tell you who would win. It's the side who's main cast is decides to show up for the fight. Then either the force will create a plot device for the empire to win or the enterprise will be able to use a quantum polarity shift to gain the upper hand and secure victory for the federation.

  • The Federation Starfleet has MORE than enough ships and firepower to take out the Empire. ;)

  • did the trekies will someday admit that this is not even possible in a dream. Even if all the isd crew were all drunk they would manage to destroy that flying saucer

  • Again I don't wana start anything but seriously the power of phasers and antimatter torpedos would easily destroy the star destroyer and lasers cant go through federation shields and dont even try projectile weapons.

    Source: Both technical manuals.

  • u forget tho that the definition of a laser is a beam of light that has huge energy. Now seeing the star destroyer fire its so called lasers i cant help but ponder why the velocity of the lasers r so slow if it were lasers it would be hitting the ships shields right? But if those were lasers its velocity is not fast at all therfore its not lasers but actual energy only question tho is..is it enuff to destroy the enterprise?oh one minor note a star destroyer has a faster hyper drive then the feds

  • @kosta1987 But the feds have a faster slower than light speed. And weapons range + sensors. In conclusion. The Star Destroyer would be destroyed before it could even find the Feds.

  • it takes years for the feds to move across the galaxy. Wit a star destroyer less then a day get ur facts straight boy

  • @kosta1987 Read my fucking comment you moron. feds have faster SLOWER THAN LIGHT speed. This means when they are not in warp or hyperdrive (you cannot see enemies in hyperdrive u are in a different universe. Get your head straight boy.

  • @dvdhny Actually, the size of the Star Wars Galaxy on visual inspection is only a couple of thousand light-years across, and changes scale repeatedly. Warp is quicker than 'hyperdrive', it's just Star Wars fans like to pick random quotes and interpret them in an unbelievable way which soothes their ego and belief, much like a religious zealot.

  • @Perion

Source...? canon sources ONLY please.... ffs

  • On the speed no Federation ships are faster and here's why: the fastest ship on star wars in the Millenium Falcon as HanSolo says in a new hope, the Falcons top speed is 1.5 times light speed, the Star Trek Encyclopedia states that warp nine, the fastest speed starfleet ships can go is over 1,500 times the speed of light therefore Starfleet ships are faster.

The wierd thing is that some planets on SW are 50K lightyears apart or more so oops for SW

BTW I like both Star Trek and Star wars

  • @DarkKnightAlpha Yeah, inconsistencies for the win. Star Wars has virtually no scientific validity.

  • ha nice

  • "Captain, we are being probed."

"What is the source of the probe?"

    "My dick...."

  • Funny, but Star Destroyers do have ion cannons that can disable shields. ; ) Oh well its all for the humor, plus Star Wars went down the drain anyways with George Lucas and his CGI craziness.

  • I dont wana start anything but ion cannons wouldn't penetrate their shields at all.

  • I really prefer StarTrek

  • I like them both

  • Well said!

  • very funny :)

  • This was so win.

  • Comment removed

  • BAHAHAHAHAHA

  • I'm gonna give the win to star trek on this one

  • if you look it up the force is slang for magic which is religious when understood from the perspective of the movie and those that made it and believe in the pagan beliefs behind it. Yeah, and even at that everyone is religious even athiests are religious in their belief in themselves and nothingness hope that helps

  • omg lol

  • Thank goodness this is back on the web. Funniest thing ever!!

I'm not sure where the "nudity" sound bite comes from though?

  • Patrick Stewart (Jean Luc) on Extras. It was a British comedy show. I didn't enjoy muc of it but I loved the episode with Patrick Stewart. You should check it out.

  • a tiny enterprise beating an imperial isd?! thats wishful thinking

  • It's not the size of the vessel. It's the technology.

  • Come now little jealous star wars fan. Even George Lucas is a trekkie. Look it up. Hence the reason he pushed for Gene Roddenbery in the Sci-Fi hall of fame.

  • There's no way vader's force choke could work on a whole crew of a starship.

  • @flipconstantine I find your lack of faith disturbing.

  • the force is weak in this one... (flipconstantine that is):))

  • SPOCK: I find your lack of logic disturbing.

  • @FacetiousIdentity

And YOUR lack of BRAIN even more.

See my video-response for the REAL McCoy.

  • Oh well geez, Flipconstantine. Good thing you came along with your science.

  • Genius.

  • Haha, that's almost as good as Coming to Alderaan.

  • All too easy.

  • Any nudity? Oh.
