The logic is simple. I fire a gun into the air, and if that bullet happens to hit somebody, I'M responsible. If the government fires a satellite into the air, and that satellite happens to hit somebody, they should be responsible. It is ignorant videos like this that allow people to fire guns in the air and hurt other people without being punished for it. For shame, sirs.

Where do you live, some 1877 western town? I live in a very pro-gun area and I've never heard of any gun fired in the air coming back to hit someone. Sounds like another annoying case of 1 stupid or crazy individual case where another law will be passed punishing those that use guns legally and doing nothing to prevent the problem. That or another idiotic chance for someone stupid judge or lawyer to make some money off a gun company.

I know of 2 cases of people being injured by when guns where fired in the air, both happen at IRA funrals in the early 80's.
