@legofilms4fun i have 4 dogs and he is the only one who does this. plus, it wasn't loud, it just seems that way since the computer was right next to my phone. he does this for the lower sirens too on cop cars and fire trucks. he's heard hire pitches before and he doesn't react like that- if it bothered him he would have ran away with his ears down and his head low.
It's the high pitch of the siren, it hurts their ears.
