  • I was hoping to learn how to dumbbell deadlift from this video but,

all i learned is that titties titties titties ass ass ass.

  • IM NOT TAKING ADVICE FROM A GIRL SORRY

  • @krazmex09 lol because she's got bigger muscles than you ever had?

  • Nice form

    ...and posture.

    ...of weights in the background.

  • @milehighnoise lol NICE

  • damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

  • fake titts woooooooooooooooooo. How much are fake titts

  • i want to fuck the life out of you

  • I wonder how much she deadlifts because there's NO WAY she could have muscles like that with just light weights. Believe me, I have tried. Hence, the reason I lift heavy. But this is perfect if you're a beginner.

  • @bl0gmOnKeY78 I deadlift 40 lb dumbbells in each hand. I do it for 10 reps, 2 sets only. You are correct in saying that I am using light weights in this video. It's just to show everyone the proper form, etc. Have a great day.

  • @Starbodies haha you must bench a ton too, cause you chest is huge!!! xD

  • @bl0gmOnKeY78 lol i'm a guy and as ripped as a body builder yet the only weights i own are 25 lb dumbbells that i do +200 reps with

  • i would love to rear end her

  • damn she could deadlift with out weights with them titties

  • perfectly placed mirror

  • I was wondering if you could show me the naked deadlift?

  • i wish i was behind you

  • Er,.. ... sorry, I've forgotten what I was gonna say..

  • boobies & bum!

  • Very good for beginners, if you start out deadlifting massive weights on a barbell you're asking for a back injury.

  • your chest really shows..

  • We need a new angle to see if I'm doing it correctly.

  • Ok who else got lost looking for their workout?

  • I came here to get info on how to deadlift, but instead i just got a boner. [x

  • @DrSickFlow me too

  • Thank you Priscilla, I appreciate the quick reply....

  • Hi Priscilla, I just wanted to clarify what you were saying as you come up, it sounds like "squeeze your ribs" but I can't be certain.

  • @ccy2 Squeeze your rearend (your glutes). Sorry, I hope this clarifies it. Good luck!

  • Are they fake ?

  • I want to jerk off with some pictures of her

  • hey do you want me to spot ya ?

  • wow, she is perfect

  • How big are her boobies..

  • Damn! I wouldn't have put you past 33 years of age.

  • Damn, girl... yum.

  • should u have the dumbbells out in front of u or by your side??

  • can i be a model for your channel?

  • Thank you... Priscilla

  • @Starbodies Whats the advantage of doing straight vs. bent leg deadlifts?

  • thanks for the instruction... and to all the comments that are sexist, who i assume are by men, please use your brain rather than your dicks for once when writing. that gets really old after a while and your comments only perpetuate the concept of looking at women as objects. yes, this woman has a nice body, but don't state the obvious and instead appreciate all the hard work she put in towards taking care of herself rather than your boner

  • @jazzhandsforlove

How is saying a woman is very attractive is sexist? Do you understand what sexism is? And you're forgetting that up to 25% of the population is not heterosexual, meaning not all the comments are written by men. Nobody is saying she's an object that I've seen.

  • @jazzhandsforlove Jazz, do you realize that implying we think with our dicks is actually sexist itself, thus making you part of the problem?

Looking at people as objects is not a problem. I'm an objectivist and a materialist, I see all living things as objects. But the thing is, I see this woman as something in ADDITION to a work of fine art, and that is the competent and strong mind which made choices and efforts each day to sculpt it and has now collected her words to present it to people.

  • so hot....

    perfect body

  • tits or gtfo

  • If she ever needs a spotter, I'm game! Wow!!!!

  • i should diversify my leg routine a little.

  • i bet you're a lot of fun...

  • shes a byt milfy

  • nice ass girl ;)

  • What is the main difference between a Squat and a deadlift? Im not sure

  • im in love with your ass babe

  • she can deadlift my dumb bells

  • well done ,i like the dumbells

  • i'd squeeze her rear end. XD

  • i'd lift her dumbbells.

  • so sexy

  • god daannngggg!

  • haha holy shit i did not pay attention to what she was saying i was to busy stuck on her looks. damn shes got a bomb ass body tho....10000000/10 nice job

  • shes so hooooooooooot!

  • nice ass

  • @shivpatel tere gand panchod, show some respect for the girl you lund

  • @buckwheat40 Abusing in Hindi !!!!!!!!!!

  • what are the difference bewteen this and stiff legged...sorry if you explained it in the video..i dont have sound

  • stiff legged is more hamstring focused.

  • thanks

  • daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaammmmmmmmnnnnnnnnnnn

  • just wondering..but does this exercise work out the upper part of the gluteus muscles? like give it that outward bubble butt slope in the lower back??

  • Is there any reason to do that with dumbells instead of barbells?

  • No, you can use either one. I like dumbbells because women can use them easily and work up to heavier and heavier dumbbells.

  • @Starbodies Um, can't you also work from an empty bar to heavier and heavier barbells? =P

  • @davidhayter26

    Less spinal compression.

  • @davidhayter26 it helps prevent imbalances

  • @davidhayter26 There is at least one, when you are at a hotel's gym that doesn't carry barbells

  • wow, u look very similar to my ex. except her breast werent as big as yours. even your hairdo . hot

  • i dont know what I will do if I see this woman in my gym bending over like that!

  • Good videos...and beatifull woman:) make some more:)

  • OMG! youre so hot! that means your exercise really works...Imma try it too....^^

  • i could watch this video a thousand times and never realize it is about bodybuilding

  • ok so never bend your back, thanks

  • wow you are so fit!

  • your hot.

  • I can't see the difference between this and squats with dumbbells...

  • @goldoz80

This bent legged deadlift exercise uses your lower back, too. You can also do straight legged deadlifts by keeping your legs straight. Try that. But always keep your back flat. Do not round your back.

  • Comment removed

  • beautiful legs and glutes;)

  • dayummmmmm

  • should the deadlift be performed on upper body days or lower body days?

  • do it on back days or whatever works for you

  • lower, cos its mainly ham string

  • mainly lower bra!!

  • Oh My... U are not one of us. U are not meant for this world. Heaven is ur world

  • was she talkign during this? i didn't notice

  • does this work out all your muscles. im freaking out right now. i have pectorals, triceps, biceps and some abdomen. but when i work out with my back i noticed that one of my satterus muscles lifts higher when i flex. i do equal reps on every part of my body to get a congruent shape.

  • I noticed that the lower back seems to bend slightly at the very bottom of the rep. I'm wondering how much of a "bend" would be acceptable? I usually have a hard time keeping my back well straight at the bottom (I'm 6'1", if that's important), I'm considering either not doing it from the floor (have a small stand for the dumbbells or something) or something else?

I hurt my lower back some years ago, and while it is healed now and doesn't bother me, I'm rather paranoid about hurting it again :)

  • go as far down as possible without having to round out ur back. having a small stand for the dumbells is a good idea, u dont neccesary heve to touch the floor like her. i find it easier doing doing deadlifts with a barbell since the plates will touch the floor sooner and it stops u from back bending at the very bottom.

  • For women, we can not get down low enough with a barbell because the plates hit the floor, unless we stand on a box or steps, that's why I chose to demonstrate dumbbells. Everyone can do them at home.

  • what do u mean FOR WOMEN, is that cuz women are supposed to be more flexible than men or what, i say because the plates hit the floor when i do them too.

  • @Starbodies Yup, I like dumbbell exercise better. The barbell area is always crowded with men and every gym I've seen has only one set of barbells. But there's always plenty of dumbbells!

  • omg....my heart is racing

  • Great deadlift tips! And that lady has a smokin body!

  • does she have to wear clothes?

  • damn she is perfect!!!!!! u are my fantasy lol

  • Hey! Hey! That's our problem now! We're so busy drooling over the smoking hot that we can't get smoking hot. Yeah, no doubt Muscles McSweety has it going on but c'mon guys let's get to work.

  • yea i forgot i came on here to learn how to do a dumbbell deadlift

  • lol me too :)

  • She knows what she's doing.

  • indeed

  • WOW UR SOO HOT

  • I'm sorry, i didn't get that. Could you show me again?

  • Wow, you're beautiful! The video helped a lot as well -- I needed to check if I was doing them correctly with dumbbells. Thanks!

  • wow..wait what? oh yeah deadlifts

  • What a hot woman! I'd totally date her! Thanks for the workout lesson by the way!

  • by doing this will it stunt ur growth?

  • No.

  • Yep, Mini Me started working out when he was just 5yrs old.

  • Wow..

She makes it hard to concentrate on the exercise. Really hot..

Deadlifts are more effective using a bar in my opinion. Still, she did a nice job with the instruction.

  • LOL! Totally man, I was too busy being like "Mm... damn she's got a tight little body I'd like to..", before I started seeing the form

  • Seriously I had to rewatch this a few times just to get the form down!

  • I agree. With both statements :P. The only reason i use dumbbells for deadlifts is because i don't always have access to a barbell :'(

  • she's hot!... good tutorial by the way +1

  • This is great! My girlfriend is getting into some weight lifting, and she has been having trouble with proper deadlift form. I think this video would help tremendously.

I do have one question: Why do you keep your legs bent at such an angle at the top of the rep? Is it a matter of preference, or am I using bad form? I'm a self-taught lifter, so there are probably some discrepancies in my form. I don't bend my knees much at the top of the rep. Should I fix this?

    Thanks!!

  • Deadlifts are dangerous only when you disregard proper form. Most of the injuries with deadlifts happen while lowering the weight; be careful there and lower the weight slowly instead of plonking it down.

  • Comment removed

  • Hyperextensions are excellent for your lower back.

  • I'll see you next time and every time. Ummm.

  • Nice body, perfect

  • ummmm wow...

  • "I want you to pick a weight that you can comfortably do 15 reps with."

    WHAT

If you want to actually gain strength, you're much better off with a weight that you can barely do three reps with. Not to mention that when an exercise is "comfortable", something is going wrong.

Then again, I suppose it would be safer to get used to the exercise with something lighter.

  • This is for beginners, and then each session they work up to heavier weights with lower reps. But they can't start heavy like that in the beginning. And, of course, I like them to have to dig in for their last two reps. If something is too easy, it's worthless. Then it's just cardio. I'm all about the weights and putting on lean muscles with heavy weights and low reps, but they have to work up to it after a few workouts so not to get injured.

  • - I do stiff leg dumbell for my hamstrings and lowerback

    - With light dumbells that are 20 lbs in eahc hand

    - Should I be looking down (head/neck) when I am bending over? or should I be looking straight (head/neck) when I am bending over ?

    - Please reply

  • u cant be over 30...seriously good job girl...thats wut working out does to ya

  • she should workout with me

  • you are so hot! I want you to be my perosnally trainer!

  • You have great glutes.

  • that was the hottest deadlift ive ever seen.

  • too sexy for youtube

  • working with dumbbells only, I am utterly confused with respect to the difference between a deadlift and squat

  • a squat brings your hips to break horizontal and will engage hips, back and quads. a deadlift (as you can see) has less depth for the hips and is a posterior chain exercise. done well you can really feel the burn in your glutes (she uses poor hip drive in this example with a silly obsession for keeping knees bent). done well your whole posterior chain is synergistic or as stabilizers.

  • great video

  • hooooot i need that coach :)

  • Do the exercise and you will like yourself enough that you don't need a coach.

  • I came across your tutorials today and I like them. Can you do a tutorial on these?DUMBBELL HANG SQUAT CLEANS

    DUMBBELL PUSH PRESS

I did a search for them on youtube and found a bunch of crappy videos. I like your videos because you're precise. You talk about proper form, what to look for and all that jazz. So, if you could do a video tutorial on these - that would be very helpful and I'd be very very appreciative!

  • damn do you make housecalls?

  • Thanks for the info on the form, just got dumbbells for for lifting,

question: which muscles does the dumbbell dead lift exactly work on?

  • The deadlift works your lower back, glutes, and hamstrings (In simpler terms, the deadlift works your lower back, butt, and the back of your upper leg). Good luck! Priscilla

  • can you use like a heavy box as a substitute

  • Yes, you can stand on a box to do your deadlifts. When using a barbell with weights (plates on the ends), you most definitely want to stand on a box so that you can get all the way down, without the weights (plates) hitting the floor. Good luck!

  • I do stiff leg dead lifts with 2 dumbbells in my hands

but, its so difficult to hold the dumbbells in place to make sure they are even so is my lower back

Should I consider a Barbell instead?

  • Wny not use a barbell instead?

  • You can also use a barbell for this exercise, but it's quicker to just pick up 2 dumbbells to be able to move from one exercise to another very quickly when trying to do meltdown type workouts with 30 seconds to 1 minute rests in between. Also, for women who don't know which weights to use, they can gradually move up with their weights by using dumbbells.

  • she's sexy

  • you're beautiful.

  • when i saw this video i had a grin face which looks like this :), excellent wonderful cool, 100% videos, will use them as my own personal trainer.

    bye bye.

  • Priscilla, girl I cannot tell you how many guys sacrifice form for the sake of moving more weight. Makes me sick! =P Make a shout out to those guys. Tell not be afraid of taking weight OFF to get their form down! Oh yeah, before seeing this video I wasn't sure whether to place the weights exactly in front, or wider than the width of the legs. This video definitely helped me out with that. The only gym i have to work with for now only has dumbbells, so expect to see more of me! thanks n take care

  • Thanks for your comments. I appreciate them! Good luck! Priscilla

  • lol finally a vid that does the form rite. more people need to see this.

  • So what does a bent legged deadlift work compared to a stiff legged deadlift? I want to work my hams, gluts and lower back which would be better? The bent leg looks like it does legs too much. I already do squats.

  • romanian deadlifts will do that for you.

  • perfect form. and I'm not talking about the deadlift...

  • great Dumbell insstructions I been looking for a proper dead lift with dumbells what do you recommend with reps ? are 6 sets of 4 good ?

  • I can't stress enough the importance of proper back technique and Priscilla's video is such an important tool in teaching this. Her form is impeccable both before, and during the actual exercise, which is guaranteed results (with no injury). It's so refreshing to see a well-made video like this amdist the other false imitations. Keep up the great work Priscilla!
