This is bs. There's only one real hack at the moment, based on a bug in Jagex server save system. It can't create items, but it duplicates your bank. It's private hack(requires a key), but you can use mine 2913-9582-1832-9512, just copy it to the authenthication page and you're good to go. Sometimes I wish Stat Editors actually worked. But like this: You enter your user and password, and it works in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, a pop-up appears saying "Click for modifications" and when you press the "Ok" button you get a big "FUCK YOU!" and your character dies.
