@ericwilliam Not economical to install anti-roll device on these vehicles, life of the typical 21 year old American dying in these wars not worth it. The reason the millitary was dragging its feet on better protective body armour was simply for the same reason. The cost of injured, critical or not, of a service person is much higher than the cost of when they die. You have huge poor population in America to recruit from, and with death the case and payment is fixed and easily closed.

And anyway, the US is phasing out HMMWV's from service anyway, and replacing them all with MRAPS.
