Loved the game, but my only problem was the ridiculous amount of sneaking in the bulk of the game. I don't particularly like stealth games, but this still stood out.

Thanks! I loved Dark City and, like that movies great trailer, I thought a BG&E trailer could benefit from no dialogue, just music and intriguing images, using mystery as a draw.

This is actually a very well done movie. I was particularly surprised that the scenes coordinated with the music (Youtube movies usually don't). Although I would have liked to see a little more action, I appreciated this.

If only they WOULD make a movie ...or just a second game. I'd settle for either.

I wish there was a real movie (lord knows I'd see it) but I made this using music from Dark City, footage from a speed run for BG&E, and the inter titles are from the trailer for the movie Serenity.

The original Dark City trailer didn't have any, and I thought I'd see what would happen if a movie trailer relied on music with implied sound effects rather then a voice over.

Also, Jade doesn't really have any catch phrases :P

The only problem is that in those trailers she says those lines over music, and when I tried to use the clips the two music selections clashed badly. That's why I added the catch phrase on the end as text. Seemed more mysterious that way I guess :P

I loved that game, I personally consider it one of the best games I have played that almost no one has played or even heard of. Also its story driven nature would lend itself well to film.But its own obscurity would sadly make such a movie improbable. Good trailer, also the use of ingame footage fixes your visual consistancy problems that tend to crop up in your trailers, which in unavoidable when you use bits and pieces of live action footage.

Also the animation is so good it looks pretty darn close to film quality. I downloaded a speedrun of BG&E actually. That's why I like speedruns; sometimes they give you all the cutscenes :)
