girlintown is right. What the host is trying to say, is that Kevin Kern's english is too difficult for them to understand, so he just wants kevin to say it in simple short sentences, so when he says "you talk too much" its just saying that "you are speaking in a way we don't quite understand".

LOL! you guys obviously dont understnad chinese! in the first part they were laughing at the girl who was singing along, cos she was out of tune, and the host later even complimented kevin for playing along in those offtune keys!

when he said"you talk too much" he actually meant "our english is not good enough to understand your long sentence". he was in no way intentionally trying to put kevin down.

they do respect him, it's all just a misunderstanding. When the guy said "you still talk too much" to Kevin, it does sound kind of offensive, but it has to do with English language in that the phrase "talking too much" is offensive in general, while as in Chinese, it's not offensive. So it's only a misunderstanding in that the host just have poor English.

@guesth2o I just saw your post on this you Tube video, I was searching for Kevin Kern's Through the Arbor. Actually nobody was laughing at Kevin. They were laughing at the guest for the show who was singing. Kevin was playing silent night on the piano the guest sang it, but she sung it off-key. In reply Kevin also played the piano off-key and that's where the joke is.
