My turbine head stops rotating when I use it to vacuum dog hair off the couch. It's hardly been used, as we forgot about it. Found it today, and can't work it out! It has a sliding switch on it, one dot or two, but there's no difference with either setting. The head spins fine, till it's actually used. I see the "on/off" switch is also some kind of filter, and it seems fine, drawing air in well. So I have no idea why it's doing this.

Heya @axella Lets see if we can find a solution. It might be a problem with either the head or the actual vacuum. What model of Dyson have you got?
