So 01 and 02 do not mean first or second place, they are merely the order they were played back in. You'll notice that the winner has a golden background after watching both entries, there's an Annotation that says "Winner!" over top the winning video, and then the winner's acceptance speech plays if you stay to the end of the video. :)
