@WarMachine573 45min workouts are ideal for building muscle. Workout for any longer and you start to burn too many calories which isn't good if you're trying to bulk up. Also they have lower back problems (they've posted a video about it) so they're extremely limited in the gym that's why they don't use a lot of free weights. You should watch more of their videos they know a lot about bodybuilding. Oh and its 'pathetic' not 'pothetic'. :)
I stay in the gym for about 2 hours but i work intense. one day i do 45 mins biceps, 45 mins on triceps then 15 mins on abs. and on another day i do 45 mins on chest and another 45 mins on back and 15 mins on abs and i repeat twice a week.

I stay in the gym for about 2 hours but i work intense. one day i do 45 mins biceps, 45 mins on triceps then 15 mins on abs. and on another day i do 45 mins on chest and another 45 mins on back and 15 mins on abs and i repeat twice a week.

dont do chest after shoulders. never never never. you will damage your shoulders. i have been lifting for 20 years and i know.
