  • guys, you are not even close to the full potential naturally. its a very slow process, but you can continue to train and continue to add muscle naturally. another 5 years of grinding and you will transform further.

  • @Garahan I have to agree, I train for boxing and if I trained for 45 minutes I would get laughed outta the gym. Some days I am in there 5-6 hours a day. Hell fighters are ripped as shit and they train everyday 8-10 hours a day.

  • Hey guys one quick question have you always trained with high intensity training routines? I ask this because it's amazing what you guys have done in just 3 years I have been training like 5 years or so but I was always a program skipper and I did crazy stuff like from training for aesthetics to powerlifting and then oly weightlifting lol.. then boxing then return to aesthetics and so on and now that I have matured a little more I want to just look good.

  • ABDOS: nive video and a lot of truth there! I think steve reeves and Vince Gironda were the best for abdos advises. Both did leg/ass rises, bent legs and they pulled up their ass. Thats the best and does not do a "large waiste". Two excersises in plus: bending on a pullie or cranches, but one must know this is slightly enlarging your waiste part!

  • GOOD TRAINING! But I personally would do 3 sets of chest fly mouvements and also side rises for shoulders! THATS ME! Otherwise its very nice training! I do the same but with the two excercises in lus plus abdos at the end

Also I dont know what gym you go to but, these guys arent massive. So again somebody else that sucks these guys ass thinks that theres no other way, be my guest and do what you will. Ill keep lifting more than these guys and I will keep getting better results than these guys.

  • I have a herniated disc in back and I still manage to go in the gym and push 125 pound dumbbells on bench, and a115 pound dumbbells on shoulder press. I also manage to stay in there for an hour and a half if need be. I could MAYBE see one person being able to work out in 45 minutes. Not two. Your choice, you can read magazines and fitness websites and listen to people that do this for a living and actually know what they are talking about, or you can listen to these clowns. Its up to you.

  • Thats why anybody that knows what they are talking about will tell you that your muscles have to get a higher amount of blood and oxygen between sets to build more mass. thus taking 3 minute breaks between sets. plus if your pushing the weights so fast that you cant lift to your full potential then it kind of defeats the purpose. I dont use that particular method but it makes sense. Which is why these dudes are retarded. After working out for 3 years of working out they act like they are gods.

  • @WarMachine573 45min workouts are ideal for building muscle. Workout for any longer and you start to burn too many calories which isn't good if you're trying to bulk up. Also they have lower back problems (they've posted a video about it) so they're extremely limited in the gym that's why they don't use a lot of free weights. You should watch more of their videos they know a lot about bodybuilding. Oh and its 'pathetic' not 'pothetic'. :)

  • I stay in the gym for about 2 hours but i work intense. one day i do 45 mins biceps, 45 mins on triceps then 15 mins on abs. and on another day i do 45 mins on chest and another 45 mins on back and 15 mins on abs and i repeat twice a week.
