LG is a bit funny actually, we have a list of 4 digit coces to try and aslo try the Goldstar ones in the list. LG = Lucky Goldstar. Try them and see.

Interesting I tried that with our Sky remotes here in New Zealand which look identical to that but that does not work here. When you press the Select and Red button nothing happens no lights flash. Also what is the TV button here says AV on our remote.

No. But the converse is true you can use your Sky remote to control your TV

Not sure on this. Strange as Samsung is a big player in the tv market. Perhaps just google samsung tv codes and see what you. Alternatively make sure it is a genuine sky remote with the lastest version of software in it.

with some TVs the it it the channel up button or the power button or entering a number directly that is required to switch it from standby to on

When i try installing it the Panasonic Tv never turns off, other than that the rest of the setup does.

I have a Nordmende tv and tried this and didnt work. The only difference is I have sky+. Any ideas, do you need to reset your controller first before putting this code in.
