I used to wonder how these elite lifters could lift so much and still manage their weight, the truth is except for the more heavier weight classes, is that a majority of the elite lifters are relatively short ( 5'9") and lower. Their natural weights are probably atleast 30 lbs than what they lift at, so if you are a 6'1" lifter at 170 you probably will fill out to like 210 atleast
