The game is hentai. That so much is true, but I really recommend the anime version. There are a few naked shots, but no actual sex. It's actually very heartwarming and a cleaner version of the plot than the game originally had to offer. Though I must admit, the game itself (standing on its own) is extremely cute. Even for hentai.

I watched the anime when I was about 10. There was nothing bad in it but boobs (I sound so blunt there...). It made me cry at the end too. :c
