The music alone is worth watching this, never mind the animation. They don't make them like this anymore--real artistry. Animators who could actually draw and knew something about light, colour and form; great music; brilliant atmosphere. The fantasy Snoopy has about being the ace is an amazing part to the story. When he gets airborn they even have him laughing at the German artillery because he is out of range. That was in one of the comic strips. Halloween isn't right without this one.
