@Inganotodden Donna found out because of where she grew up in Minnesota, the border had recently changed and now the town was a part of Canada. Therefore, technically she is a Canadian citizen instead of an American one. Donna told this to the First Lady, C.J. and Amy. As a present to Donna, the First Lady request they play O Canada for Donna. Josh ruined it however when he told Donna he found a loophole that would regain her citizenship.
