Avoidance of bullying people is great but if they're your coworkers it can be tough. I have a few jerks at work who like to throw things (by the way, we're heavy diesel truck mechanics and work in a big shop). They throw little nuts and stupid things while I'm reading. Anyway I bought a super soaker. It just arrived. I pulled my old green laser sight off my AR15 and mounted to the rail of the supersoaker. I'll sight the laser in at about 20 feet. Next time they throw something, they're MINE!
I understand what your trying to get across, self care is very important. But is it wrong to be gloomy and dark?? Self care is good and along with that goes taking care of yourself.... but what if your into the other side? there is no normal... there is no standard for humanity .... we all just go along and find out what happens

@trickson083 yes! nutrition is one of the most important things for emotonal wellbeing (not just physical). you can have a perfect life, eat poorly and you will still be unhappy
