It's not that good when you look back at it I mean the defender clearly fucks up when he falls over and then he is left 1 on 1 with the keeper who runs way out of position. All he has to do then is kick it up in the air like he does and does fairly well in fairness, then he is left with an open net and does a reasonably good overhead kick. The only thing great about this goal is the style it took to go for the bycyle in that easy tap in position but I would not call it a very skillfull goal.
