  • well, its not really a secret... its just about eating at a caloric deficit, while eating the right proportions of food for your own body, and then exercising for good measure. You don't really even need to exercise. just google 'your fit assist' cuz it explains it better however, thats all anyone needs to know - just do it!

  • great answer. i lost 25 pounds doing those three things. after i hit a plateau i started doing workouts once or twice a week. oddly enough i could still maintain my weight by watching my diet.

    also true about the spot reduction of fat thing. if getting 6-pack abs were as easy as putting one of those vibrating wraps around your core, then everyone would have one. i even saw an electronic version in the gym. it's all b.s. - you can't get the results you want w/out hard work.

  • @coli2k9utj no dude i used to just eat salads and ended up looking super skinny weak malnourished etc. eat anything you want just do strenght training and cardio trust me it works try to eat 5-8 times a day its the best way to lose fat

  • @martynblackburn1977 in small portions of course :) but if you want to be fit you have to feed your body the nutrients it needs and you can anything you want just work it out through an intense workout program

  • @rocky06934 I, too, think small portions are better for you. It's just finding the time to sit down and eat 8 times. I can manage 4 or 5 in a day, but 8... : /

  • Eat Salads Evrey Day 3x a Day cut out junk foods and pop and anything with sugar and exercise

  • I am 5.3 high f, weighing around 117 Lbs, but I've a chubby tummy which makes me look pregnant. I've been walking daily for 20 mins & ellipticals for 10 mins since last 2weeks. I m eatin a bagel with jam & margarine(which i tried to substitute with oatmeal but couldnt stop my tummy to make noises), & for lunch, salad with beans/eggs, carrots, lettuce, almonds, cranberries, spinach, feta cheese,croutons & fat free dressing (in 2 portions) & cereals for dinner. Am I doing ok to burn my extra fat?

  • RUNNING IS NOT THE KEY~! running doesnt not only burn fat it also burns muscle tissue so really ur loosing mucles rather than fat.the trick is muscles burn fat so if u run of all ur mucles u can burn fat! what u think ur biceps are goign to burn your belly fat??? No, what u need to do is a ab work out becuase u need more ab mucles SO start to do crunches Eat less calories, and Btw running is not bad it is good to run for atleast 15 mins before each workout ! Start also doing more weights

  • If you combine weight/strength training with running, you shouldn't lose any muscle mass. I sometimes run up to 50 miles a week and have never experienced any muscle atrophy - plus, I only do light weight training.

  • starting a running routine like 2 miles a day can really help. the more in shape you get add more miles

  • There is a good way for lazy turds, go to wal-mart and get one of those slim elastic belts they should be in the weight section. put the bitch on as tight as you can and fucking don't take it off only do it if you start to itch also use baby power after you wipe the sweat of you and your belt.   • Hi: my problem is that I am skinny....5 foot 10 inches and weigh only 150 pounds....but, I am getting a belly. If I go on a diet, wont I then look like a skelleton as I am already way under weight for my height.

  • How old are you firstly? Second, you're slim by nature but you should target your core (abdominal section) to strenghten and tone it. Several Yoga exercises are a good start, incorporating crunches/sit-ups ARE effective, and cardio-vascular exercises particularly jogging or some calesthenics are a must. Lastly...modify that diet man!
