The only Tony's in the GTA series are Tony Cipriani and Gay Tony. Tony Cipriani was a member of the Leone family who gave you missions in GTA3. He was also the main character in GTA Liberty City Stories. Gay Tony was your boss in GTA4 The Ballad of Gay Tony.

The guy in the video is actually Claude Speed. The main character of GTA2 and GTA3. He's also the mute guy you race in GTA San Andreas who leaves with Catalina.
