how long do you leave the chia seeds in there before you drink it? and how much oj did you use?

I have just been pouring it in my water. It's ironic because I have a cup of water with my chia right here and a glass of orange juice I just finished! I guess it would make more sense to put it in the orange juice but they are so tasteless I didn't really care either way haha
