If you Tryna bulk up branden, you should eat a lot of beef. My brother use to be skinny just like you. He started eating more beef and after a couple of weeks he gained 30 pounds and turned it into muscle. You should try it. But you have to be patient.

Branden, I think what you dealing with is a disorder called bdd and muscle dysmorphia, which is a sub-type of that disorder. I'm currenty going through the same thing and it's affected my life drastically. I can't have a relationship with anybody, not even friendships and telling me how beautiful I am only make it worse. I wanna go get help but it's hard to even walk out the door.
