Maybe I sound teenage because I'm not a native English speaker and my language isn't appropriate to the context, or maybe because of the "Sir" I honored you with. Hovewer, I'm not a teenager. And my opinion is not only directly about the vid (as I barely understand the 'crying kid -talk'), but it concerns what I observed in a few families, which was getting weirdo about pets. I brought 2 guinea pigs. but one of them died. so I brought 2 more to keep the one left some company. I really wish chayanne was still alive I got her in october 2009. she died 23rd of january 2010. please don't wash your guinea pig after I washed her she died in my hands so I know how you feel

guinea pigs don't die if you wash them, mine get a bath every month. Your pig most likely had under lying health problems. Sorry for you loss though. I lost 2 pigs last year.

My guinea pig Nana died this morning. She was the first guinea pig I bought out of 6 guinea pigs (4 now remain). I had her for about 2 and a half years. She died from a respiratory infection, possibly pneumonia. REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR GUINEA PIGS DAILY! If you see a loss in appetite or any other problems don't take it lightly. I totally know how you feel about your loss. Poor piggies! :(

I'm *highly* against live feeder guinea pigs for snakes, but it's okay if an owner accepts a deceased guinea pig used as food. If you're not planning on having a memorial or cremating your pet (which many people don't), then having it fed to another animal at least gives it some purpose. It's better than having the poor thing rot in a trash can or something.

My guinea pig had a tumor on her head the size if a golfball. When we were at the vet to put her to sleep, I insisted on staying with her all the way. I wasn't allowed to hold her when she recieved the shot, but I held around her when she was laying there at least. Weird thing is I cried more from that than when my grandpa died. He was an awesome person and an awesome book writer, and I feel quite bad about it. Though the reason may be that he laid sick for a while so I got to prepare for it.

thank you - Lilly was her 2nd pet but first one to pass. I was writing a blog about how we were nursing it back to health right when it died - in her hands. I had the camera set up already so I figured what the heck. Later we went out and got another guinea pig but that one died too. No more pigs in our house - we got a dog - messier but sturdier.

As i woke up to get ready for school i wipe the crusty ash from my eyes I go downstairs passing my pets cage with out petting him as i get my cloths i get dressed after brushing my teeth and combing my hair i go to sit down to go watch tv after 15 minutes or so my mother tells me to go feed my guinea pig named Herbie as i accept the request i go and get lettuce and carrots i approach the cage to feed my rodent i put the food this is part of it theres much much more
