I'm not owner of exactly this one alfa - but I also have 145QV. It's possible to drift like this if you have rear suspension harder than front and if u use break and accelerator pedals simultaneously in a corner.
I have bilstein b6 front and rear, the rear is the stiffer one (bilstein have two different types of rear shocks for 145) + eibach pro and i can't make the car to over steer like that, only if i put some sticky tires on the front axle.
