Can you please tell me what is that bar addon you use that runs through your cooldowns? Like Healing Rain icon moves across the bar until it is usable again. I have searched and searched for that add-on but can't find the name. Thanks.

Why are you lava bursting? I understand that you're using telluric currents w/ lightning bolt, which is really awesome to see other shaman using, but Lava burst? Anyway, great video. I like your UI as well :)

@Alazar0k I'm not lavabursting, what you are probably seeing is the elemental shaman in our raid group lava bursting and since I have my target's casting bar in the center of my screen, you might confuse it with my casts. My cast bar is directly above my abilities in the center screen where you see the healing abilities come up. I do make use of lightning bolt often, specially during progression encounters. Thanks you! :)

@MulleMeckMusic I don't really think a "roation" exists but rather "reaction." Use the appropriate heal for the given situation. Only little trick is to use a riptide instantly after you throw out a greater healing wave buffed with UE so that the riptide also gets the 30% buff as well.

i don't see how your whole raid is half dead the whole fight when i healed this on my sham we told every1 to stack but the off tank and every1 had more then 80k HP so idk how people are dieing.

but when i try to go for raids my friends tell me don't till you change your belt

i have a leather belt iL 359 with good stats

better than the 346 IL mail belt i have

what change does it make if i change the belt ... please answer me this

@MrShameon The problem with using a leather belt is that you lose out on the +5% to intellect buff you recieve when wearing all mail gear as a shaman.

5% intel is HUGE and you're only gimping yourself by picking up a belt that is leather simply because it is higher ilvl quality then your mail belt. Infact your mail belt, due to the 5%+ intellect bonus youll recieve from wearing all mail outweighs the fact that the leather belt is in a higher ilvl.

@MrShameon Well it's not just that. You're increasing your INTELLECT value by 5%. intellect affects your spell power, your spell crit rating and your total mana over all. Its a powerful stat, hence why its a primary stat and why its always valued over secondary stats such as "crit, haste, spirit etc.." I agree, owl city is an awesome band, one of my favorites, hence why i was listening to it during our progression, but I don't think everyone shares my taste in music, lol. :P

I do 10m Resto shammy healing as well. I was wondering should I stick with 916 Haste rating, or jump down to 610 since EL doesn't do too much on the healing meters.

@ChinchillaFly I'm a goblin so I only require 780 haste, and yes I do have the 780 haste (793) for the exta trick, as allocating those extra stats else where, into crit and or mastery may not be as beneficial in the end as the throughput an extra earth living tick can provide. Granted most of it can be over healing in 10 man. I don't have any math to suggest that the relocation of stats is moot over the extra tick but I don't think its going to make or break your playstyle enough to worry about.

U Dont need that much haste rating for the 8th riptide tick since u get 5%=640,29 HASTE RATING from totem or a shadow priest in your raid(and since 8th tick on riptide comes with 914,79 haste rating u need only 274.5..and since u are goblin that is even less cause of 1% haste = 128,06 haste rating) ,but since u are using telluric currents atm a bit more haste would be usefull to cast some more lb's

P.S i might be out like 2-3 at ratings,but no-one seems to remember u get the 5%buff at raids

@be4life84 This is true, but I like to reach the lowest haste tick bonus WITHOUT relying on wrath totem or any other outside buff. No disagreements though, you can absolutely reach that low haste cap with these bonuses without aiming for those specific breakpoints.

@Fasonys I don't top the meters often either, its the curse of being a resto shaman but again this isn't the way you should judge your effectiveness. In this fight I actually came in second behind the disc priest and I feel i played this fight almost perfectly with a good balance between TC usage and healing rain spamage in that last phase.If people aren't dying and the boss IS dying in a timely mannor and the other healers aren't breaking their backs with you in the raid, youre doing just fine.

hi , i wanna ask u again i notice ua re using lighting bolt, so that means ur using TC, do u think it worth spending it ? cos i ve been having mana issues at the end of most FL fights with my shaman even though i have my 4pc bonus , whats ur opinion?

@Fasonys Yes, I mentioned during the video that you should be using TC. During progression, I don't see any other way around heroic encounters for a resto shaman with the nerf to mana tide. Perhaps when you are dealing with farm content, it is possible to ignore the talent but right now Its really nice to have. I find every opportunitey I can to spam, specially for this fight. You will need it, that last burn phase is so mana intensive that you're useless without a full mana bar.
