  • Your bike sounds good.

  • I wear a black fully tinted always :) and i've never been stopped, police dont actually mind it if its nice weather and really sunny, because you can say the sun can catch you out with clear visor, just dont wear it in the dark.. cause thats just plain stupid xD

  • haha the end was funny. what kind of dirt bike you riding?

  • @minicooper106600 that's a Suzuki DRZ400sm mate. It's a dirt bike was 17" road tyres.

  • fuck that shot was surprised me

  • Pahahahahaahahahaahaha you made a video about this ppppppfahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!

  • @KatTops Pahahahahahahaha, you watched this video and commented on it, ppppppfahahhahahhaha!!!!!!!

  • @MAPFWH That only works when I do it.

  • @KatTops I disagree. I hear your laughter, and raise you one eyebrow in a questionable manner.

  • lol

  • Brilliant

  • how could i have not found p187, ur amazing

  • you wouldn't be happening to be riding a klx250sf at all would you? haha

  • I lol'd hard at the gunshot

  • I remember them bringing this law in - fuckwits - it was ilegal to have a brand new unmarked visor without an 'anti-scratch coating' But legal to have an anit-scratch one that was too damaged to see out of. Mental. We soon made a kite-mark stencil for the engraver hehehehe!

  • Never had a problem here (Australia) and I used to have a blue iridium one but now rock a dark as fuck black one....tried to ride home at night with it and it was so hard but much better than no protection....my eyes stung like shit when I popped it open in the darker areas on the way.

The smart option would be to wear a clear one with sunglasses underneath

  • All tinted visors you buy lets say on ebay or infinity motorcycles are 1000% LEGAL. They let in at least 50% of light. The law states that it is ILLEGAL to ride with such visor at night! I have a tinted visor dark smoke and I never got stopped or something...

  • oh you fucker!

that gunshot nearly made me spill me coffee!

  • ha ha ha kill the witness

  • i have been stoped twice by these guys and they just told me to not use my tinted visor at night

  • your a knob!!!!

  • @freddywhelan Eat shit you putz.

  • @freddywhelan You're*

  • @freddywhelan Ifyou're a biker you may bend the rules a little.

It'sonly fair for all the shit you have to put up with from gormless cagers like yourself!

  • thats bang out of order! i know him he wouldnt have grassed on ya

  • Kill the witness, but get a hitman to do the job.

  • Lol

  • pmsl at the ending haha nice :)

  • Haha brliiant, kill the witness

  • Lmao that was genuis

  • The Gun shot was epic lol

  • This video made my day LOL

  • i like how ghostrider does it better

  • So I'm confused. In the UK you can't have tinted visors? What about wearing sunglasses?

  • The answer is Get a Caberg helmet which has a retractable inner dark visor for sunny days Just flip it back into the helmet when the sun goes down. Problem solved. Might not be as cool looking as Iridium but it saves hassle from the men in dayglo

  • @notwocdivad D= Bastard cop lied to me!!!! I got hit in the face with a rock and my visor had a huge chunk missing so I was riding to the shop to get a new one, and he pull me over for not having my visor down!!!

  • Its actually more illegal to not have visor ;) You can have tinted as long as it lets in more than 50% light. So no riding at night with one, or on dingy dark days =]

  • @moltenmetal Eye protection is not required in the UK! So no visor is ok.

  • @moltenmetal Eye protection is not required in the UK! So no visor is ok.

  • @187Premises silly because a visor saved by dads face in an open faced helmet after he was hit by a truck! He skidded along the highway and the visor got shredded but his face was ok!

  • @187Premises

If a helmet has an outside mechanism for the visor to be fitted, then not having one is illegal.

  • @187Premises yeah let go blind!!

  • @moltenmetal @187Premises he is right. visors are not a requirement here. i think i seen something about needing to have some sort of eye protection tho , but i may be mistaken.

  • got to agree, the police dont care about tinted visors as long as you dont use them when it is dark. In Bedfordshire most of the traffic police motorcyclists use them when on their own machines. I use one and carry a spare clear one in the panniers in case I have to ride in the dark.

  • @diff22000 True, police usually do turn a blind eye to dark visors in the day. But when you ride a hooligan bike like a SuperMoto the police try to find any reason to stop you.

  • @187Premises Lol, hooligan bike :D

  • that gun shot scared me

  • my friend has had a tinted visor in london for over 2 years and had no problem. the cops don't care

  • hehe

  • ha! Great vid!! Very creative!!

  • I heard you guys have a supreme court now. What do the....what do you guys call them...the lords of something, anyways what do they do?

  • @SickK8GSXR600 The Lords is an upper house of Parliament where a lot of old men wear silly wigs and sleep quite a bit during working hours. Nothing to do with the judicial system which is a seperate entity. I believe your upper and lower houses of the Senate are based on the British Parliament.(Although I could be mistaken).

  • Wait a second, you use a Bloggie to? Damnit, I thought it was only LifeInDecibel I was copying...

  • @Fahren47 I did use a bloggie once upon a time. This is a ContourHD 1080 recording at 720.

  • hahaha, nice clip Premises. I went on a BikeSafe course with The Met recently wearing my 'technically illegal' dark visor, all the Police riders said it was fine and they said they never pull up riders specifically for their visors.

I've had occasions where I've been blinded by the sun wearing my clear visor - it's way more dangerous than my dark visor when the sun is out. Stupid law, but I think you'd have to get a traffic cop who was having a seriously bad day to pull you up on it.

  • haha. I always flip mine up if I see police up ahead....just a little bit less obvious that it's fully black...

  • HA HA HA that last bit scared the shite out of me, had the volume up a tad!!! :) brilliant

  • You have to wonder how they come up with some laws. Why are your bike repairs taking so long?

  • "kill the witness"

    Might want to rephrase that...

  • can I ask why ur visor is illegal?

in what way? is it tinted?

I from Taiwan, we don't have much laws for visors

  • Can you wear a clear visor and sunglasses underneath? I'm a motorcycle cop in New Zealand and we have no such law re:tinted visors, it seems quite ludicrous to me. My Schuberth C3 helmet has a pop down sun visor, would that be illegal in UK?

  • Ha! Clever! Mirrored and tinted visors are so much cooler.

  • what happened to the DRZ?

  • mines probably illegal xD police dont care much up here

  • mirrored visors and tinted visors are legal in the UK though?

  • I hate witnesses, they're always mucking things up.

  • i have a mirrored visor here in the u.s.- you guys have some wierd laws

  • LOL! I have to say that in 11 years of riding I've never been pulled over for a tinted visor, though...

  • Dont think he'd care much, if anything he'd ask you to get it sorted out rather than fine you or anything along those lines ! Unless you were asked to fix it before then its a different storey! lol

  • LOL at the end.

  • @187Premises be funny if he saw you then he pulled you over cos then you could say "What did i do" and make another remix XD

  • @jimbo80982 Ow the irony!

  • Lol. silly law, but great sense of humor, as always. :)

  • This must be an old vid? I thought the DRZ was done for??

  • @311peeps I just have a folder full of old DRZ clips. The bike has been in for repairs over the last 2 months. Will be back soon!

  • @187Premises I hope so! I wanna see you back on the sumo. Did you get a vid of how the DRZ looked? Or is that something we all should be looking forward to? Because it must have been bad if the motorbike has been in the shop for two months?

  • @187Premises i like how that comment in the exact same words has been said on a few old DRZ vids XD

WEIRD i failed my only chance at a full graduated license cause i went 5 feet with my visor up. Shitty fuckin SGI and non riders evaluating how you ride.

  • @bloodhay That's ridiculous man!

  • The reason they're illegal is because they hide your face (assuming you mean the one way visors) and people would run about with them on doing all kinds of mischief.

  • @jackdaknife No - it's because idiots would still use them at night. Like, umm... I've done a few times...

  • @nastyevilninja Can you link me some article or proof of this? I'm not challenging you or being out of order, I was just always under the impression that it was because people would commit thieft/assault in these and they could easily conceal there face, even better if your escape was a motorbike.

Althought now I think of it I guess your explaination does sound more valid.

  • @jackdaknife I don't have anything to hand, but I know Police treat it the same as tinted car windows, and will test how much light it allows through. You can buy legal tinted visors but as they don't do the job they're supposed to, there isn't much point to them!

  • "The witness" looked like a banker and as a result deserved everything he got!

  • I really wouldn't worry, ive never had any problems, had police behind and in front, kept the jet black visor down and away i was. Ive seen some police with some too. I would imagine the police know just how stupid that law is, considering its safer to have a tint than to have a clear visor and be blinded by the sun. People like me need to wear glasses, we cant wear sunglasses, maybe some of us cant afford contact lenses? Its a load of bollox really.

  • @3N3R91Z3 I don't think tinted visors are legal, but I could be wrong. You're unlikely to get pulled because of one though. If you're making an ass of yourself and speeding and get pulled then the tinted visor is just something extra they can slap you for.

  • HAHAHA

  • My answer to the 'law' when they want to give me a ticket for something stupid, like a tinted visor, or a 'slightly smaller than legal for aesthetic purposes only' licence plate, or a noisy exhaust that makes sure cars hear you, is this.... You do what you gotta do, and I do what I gotta do, you may catch me, you may fine me, but you won't stop me. As long as there are no points, take it on the chin and keep doing what you love, don't be afraid of them and don't let the fascists win! Ride safe.

  • @Sema4UK eigfuckingzactly

  • I thought you could wear what you wanted during the day...as long as you had something else to use at night?

Or some lovely wrap around shades as dark as you like?

  • should have just filtered past him looking to the right so he couldnt see it :P

  • lol haha i also notice the "witness" but nvr expect u to say something like that about him XD

  • that looked like a behind-visor tinted film

the law covers the actual outside visor, slot-in's behind the actual legal visor are fine, cops can provide useful info too :)

  • hahahaha :D

    "kill the witness"

You unsnapped that visor quite quickly. Is that because it's a motorcrosshelmet?

  • @skatepeak Yea. Bit of a cheat using an MX helmet but some full helmets have little visor pop off buttons... if you can get at them with your gloves on lol.

  • @187Premises Yes! And not be clumsy about it and possibly drop your bike right behind the copper who wans't supposed to notice you :D

omg that would be so hilarious! :D

  • Brilliant!!

  • maybe silly question but why did you cover his plates ? ;l

  • @xDarhalx I dont wanna piss off the law. He might watch this video and feel I made a fool out of him. Then he might come after me with great vengeance and furious anger!

  • @187Premises But yet you didn't blur out the guys face! Now he'll come after you for making death threats!

... Just kidding with you :P What a dumb law...mandatory helmets, but no mandatory eye protection? Here in Florida (I call it Failada) all they require is eye protection, so you'll see a bunch of old men riding their harleys wearing nothing but sunglasses. So annoying.

  • @187Premises Those who attempt to poison and destroy his brothers?????

  • @dodgerider26 that's the one! :)

  • I sit here in Norway and laugh at UK laws.. They are even worse than Norwegian laws.

  • @csmaster65 Haha, lucky you. They are so ridiculous, most people ignore them lol.

  • @csmaster65

We arent allowed to have tinted visors here either, unless they're CE-approved

  • @csmaster65 But in Norway the tickets are ridiculous high.

  • @csmaster65 don't worry, I'm English and I do the same thing with our laws, they're ridiculous

  • @csmaster65 I sit here in Latvia and laugh at both countries laws :D

  • @csmaster65 Very true. I live in Norway as well.
