The whole "throw out incumbents" is such a fraud because none of them ever really get thrown out. They always come back and run for something else if they feel like it. Look at all the Republicans that won as they were either Republicans coming back after allegedly having been "thrown out" before or they were Republicans still in lower offices who were just moving up the government food chain. Nobody new from outside the 2 party system ever wins except a couple of rich guys who buy offices.
