If the tag is for hypoglycemia, why does she keep kissing it, holding it, &looking at it? :-\ Plus, Nick wasn't her only bf, just the only famous one. I heard she dated a record producer's son, how do you know it wasn't about him, or even about nobody at all?

I don't understand Miley anymore. She's become kinda strange, &in my opinion, it's a bit immature to make a whole video about an old relationship that didn't work out. The majority of people would cry & get over it, but I guess not her..?

thank you. finally someone gets it right! but it's actually Hypoglycemia. She's hypoglycemic, and for those that don't know what that is. it's like diabetes. the only difference is with diabetes your blood sugar level can go up or down. and with hypoglycemia, your blood sugar level can only go down. that's why she had to have that body double while on tour! she didn't have enough energy to finish the song.

no, nick isn't on the dog tag. it's an actual medical dog tag, not some fake dog tag. and real medical dog tags, don't have pictures of nick jonas. lol. i think before this music video even came out that this was about nick jonas, so why are we even bothering with that subject. and how did she embarrass nick and his family?
