@AVEROF Thank you. In one of my videos, I share that when I was 17 I was diagnosed by doctors as having "congenital spine problems" and not able to exercise much. I also had feet and knee problems. I never believed that. I found my own truth :)

I have bulging discs & much back pain most of the time, but u inspire me to push through & improve my mindset, thank u....& i enjoy being carried too, i'm kinda jealous of the guys in your videos !ol God bless

@mattinglyman Thank you! I recommend to get well before doing any efforts. When the doctors said that to me, I stopped exercising and did rehab. Then I naturally got back to exercise making sure to strengthen my back muscles and correct my postures with lots of discipline. Then I was able to do everything I wanted :) Wishing you much success!

Miss you are quite strong (I kno almost all comments say this) but u seem to be very well toned. This z how strong girls should look like.(most strong ladies that I've met or seen are too muscular with heavy voice. but i must say that I respect you a lot. where are you from? i wish i cud meet you.
