Does anyone know if the scene between the two actors takes place in an actual pit, or a studio? Are they actors or miners? The accent doesn't seem that Northern, or is that a matter of Northern accents changing over time and becoming more pronounced
Thanks for posting this, an eerie and provocative film, especially given that fact that a lot of my family, were employed as miners in the Yorkshire/Pontefract region.

@MrHarriey1981 Chances are they're either actors affecting 'regional' accents or they've been dubbed by said actors.
