I kinda understand more why food in restaurants cost so much. Not only fresh ingredients are not cheap but also look at amount of cooks in that kitchen..., pay then all full salary monthly, plus waiters, plus dish washers, lightning, builiding rent..
most of the cooks do not get paid, they work for free because it's looks good on their CV's
