Concentrations in submarines can be as high as 8,000 ppm vs our atmosphere which is 385 ppm. In percentages, this amounts to 0.0385%, not even 4/100's of 1%, a very small number. It is proven in greenhouses, more CO2 = more plant growth and more efficient water usage! CO2 is not pollution!
