sounds great... little over enunciated for a spiritual though at the beginning... and tenors got watch those solos at the beginning and they middle of the song... but great nonetheless

@bigmike0111 i don't think it is over enunciated i think we was trying to get the words across to the people hearing the song and always making it sound like a spiritual at the same time....and the tenors did well with the solos....it was well blended and heard....so what are we watching for.?

@mrcoolguy2010 well, i just think you all tried a little too hard at the beginning... the rest of the song sounded like a spiritual... I agree, they did a fine job, but as acclaimed as DSA is they could have made it sound better, if anything it sounded-to me- like it lacked confidence, like they were nervous

SMH how are we lacking confidence we are just simply doing what Mr. Gibbs and Ms. Sipes asked us to do.! SMH all i know is that the blend is there.! and the pitch is there.! Something your school is lacking.!

@mrcoolguy2010 you don't take criticism very well lol... And I'm not even about to go into the Renaissance v. DSA thing... You are mixing my comments about 2 separate things... I said that at the beginning, you all seemed to be trying to hard and ended up over-enunciating the words... What I said was lacking confidence was the tenor's solos. I agree with you that the pitch is there, and the blend was decent but you all could have made it sound better...

@bigmike0111 i actually think it sounded wonderful as well...i dont think it was over enunciated in the music it clearly says "wanna go to heaven" so thats wat we say!!...and the tenors dont lack confidence its jus the music says "mf" not "ff"...so we jus followed wat mr.gibbs put in the music.!! rennasance does a great job as well but sometimes the tenors push at the begining and its always flat.!!

That was very good...by the text and the enunciation of the words, it felt as though you want to sing along with them. nothing's better than a good ol' spiritual! :)
