@DemonosZXZ We know what happened before the incident. He flips him the bird, to which the PO assaults the arrestee. If the arrestee had threatened the PO kids or anything of the like, he'd have dealt with it appropriately. You can be SURE OF THAT!
This was a control issue: the arrestee wasn't totally compliant so he beat him like the sxxtbag he is.
