@destin325 exactly right. we were being laughed at for requesting this much time to restore this beatiful Q7. One of the competitors team mates asked me R U Going To Remanufacture The Car? At the end of the first day they handed in their car and came to our section to have a peek. At this point they knew what they r up against. The shock was compounded by the fact that we still needed roughly 25 hours to complete the service.They imediately recollected their car for some touch-up work (5days)
