nice soldering machine dude where do you get one of those at? I use a Hanko soldering iron. why not use bigger cells? I use 5x5s you can even get 6x6s.
Unitek reflow machine, it was a industrial grade equipment donated to the school. It'll be pretty expensive if you wanted to buy it. Smaller cells provided higher voltage for a limited area and more flexibility of the placement without loosing too much due to shadowing...but down side is lots of labor...
