No, Udo Kier, isn't a Russian artist, he is originally from Germany, started in the end of 60s as an European actor, played in many countries, since 1991he is also a Hollywood actor, played in a number of blockbusters, you maybe saw him (in age) but just don't remember. He currently lives in LA, California and still a well-demanded actor. He is 67. Love to you, Cathy:))

Thank you dear Denise!:)) As to the title, I've thought that something like "The Most Beautiful Man in the World" would be too pretentious, subjective and banal. It's the same as with 12 actors, I called it "12 Beautiful actors", not "top 12 most handsome men in the world" or so....I believe that the modest way works better.:))
