Beautifull... originaly a persian song called "Shaneh meaning comb" performed by legendary Iranian diva "Pouran" in the early 70s...

I doubt it's a Persian music after all. The late Jamil Bashir (of Iraq) played it much earlier than the 70's !

Dear OudProff could you please help us find out the origin of this song. To my knowledge there is no proof whether this is an Iranian or Iraqi originated song. The late Maestro Jamil Bashir has played this much earlier than the 70s and it has also been sang in Iran much earlier than the 70s as well, before the Iranian "Diva" Pouran.
