@Zogrim Is it true that when physx is set at high, if the frame rate drops too low, like below 24, the game engine will turn off some physx effects to keep frame rate up? I ask, because I have physx set to high in dx9 (extreme detail) on a single GTX 470 overlocked. My frame rate never drops below 30 or so, but I don't see any leaves or paper that can be moved around with physx on the ground. This is only in the open world/outside. Indoors everything works. Are their no paper physx outdoors?

@PimblyCharles afaik, there is no such "degradation" mechanics in this game. And yes, there is almost no PhysX effects in outdoor locations.
